Erica Evans is the Head of U.S. Institutional Business. In her role, Erica brings together all of the elements of institutional sales including consultant relations, the RFP organization as well as all aspects of Client Service, in order to provide clients with seamless coordination throughout the organization. She spent 15 years at General Electric, with ten of those at GE Asset Management, where she held a number of positions, including Six Sigma, Global Compliance Leader and most recently, Vice President of Client Investment Management Services. Her responsibilities included all client facing interactions, ensuring delivery of the highest levels of service.

Bas NieuweWeme is Senior Vice President, Head of U.S. Institutional Sales. Before joining ING Investment Management Americas in 2000, he was with ING Investment Management in Europe, with ING Bank in The Netherlands and with ING Direct in the US. Prior to joining the company in 2000, he worked on a short-term project for the tax consultancy department of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He received his law degree from the Amsterdam School of Law (University of Amsterdam) with a specialization in tax law, and an Executive M.B.A. of NYU, Stern School of Business. He also holds series 7 and 63 licenses with FINRA. Bas is on the Board of Directors of The Netherlands-America Foundation (NAF) and is a member of the NAF Education Committee.
